Therefore, you must always cautiously check how hot it is by pushing the pack slightly on the palm of your hand before applying. If your Hot & Cold Comfort Pack 3X5 has punctures or is broken, you should discard it.To use it as a hot pack, heat it for 15 seconds, knead, and then keep heating at 5 second intervals until it reaches the desired temperature. Don't forget to knead after each heating.
