I based my purchase of this lift on the reviews. This lift has helped my mother-in-law who has trouble getting up from the tub. It was getting potentially for her husband to pull her out of a tub. Everything seems to work well, suction cups are fine and fits properly. It raises to a good height, controls are easy to use which indicate which to push and what to do. As usual with deluxecomfort.com, everything was delivered and packaged expertly.
