GelFoam Heel Cushion

Gel-Foam Heel Cushion eliminates heel pressure, wicks away moisture, reduces skin shear, controls foot drop, and provides air floatation for the ankle. Velcro straps keep the Heel Float securely in place and prevents skin abrasion. Cushioned sides protect the lateral and medial malleolus for side-lying patients. The Heel Float with Foot Drop Straps accomodates foot drop. Gel-Foam Heel Cushion is a shorter version with a water-based gel insert that cools and reduces skin damaging persperation. The Foot Stabilizer prevents foot rotation and is recommended for hip fracture patients. Sold separately. Latex free. Washable. Sold in pairs.
