Heat Therapy (1-2 minutes Microwave it!)

- Warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on desired warmth. Increase in 30 second increments as needed (check temperature to ensure that warmth is ideal before use.)
- Light misting will offer soothing moist heat.
- Do not overheat - will case burns (for external use only).
- Heating times may vary depending on microwave.
In the oven: Heat oven to 350, wrap Neck & Shoulder Therapy pack in tin foil. Heat for approximately 15 minutes. Do not oven heat products with velcro, as velcro may melt.
Cold Therapy (Freeze it!)
