- I have a 15 inch XL full mattress and the pad is very tight on it. It is too bad they didn't put the stretchy material on the sides to accommodate a thicker mattress. It has a scratchy feeling (rather stiff) and needs a little more cushion. I wish it was a little softer, plump, and had stretchy sides.
