Customer service is what really makes a company. The pillows I bought are a joke and the customer service is even more ridiculous. I bought a set of pillows a couple years ago and I decided to add more this year. I called the company to ask about my previous order so that I could just get the exact same ones. But when the pillows arrived they were significantly larger than the ones I already had. The sizes were all wrong, I called their customer service department and they refused any responsibilities. They advertise a five year warranty but I was told that I will not be able to claim anything anymore after 30 days. This is the company’s problem, they got their measurements wrong and I don’t see anything wrong with having the product exchanged. Pacific Coast doesn’t care. Keep your money and save it and if you decide to buy pillows just buy them at Pottery Barn, Ikea or Restoration hardware. The FTC has been notified about the flakiness of the manufacturing warranty of Pacific Coast.
