I got this pillow after chest surgery because I was told I had to sit at a certain angle for 2 weeks and I found this and is exactly what I needed.

This pillow was comfy and easy to clean with its removable washable cover. Though I think its design is flawed manily because of the paper covered poly-fiber balls that easily stretch and tear with any pressure
